New wells vary greatly on prices. It is all dependent on the location of the well, accessibility to water in the area, geology of the well, type of well construction, etc. Our company chooses not to give ballpark estimates in order to give our customers the most accurate cost of their project.
A new pump system will also vary greatly in prices. It is dependent on location from utilities, how much water is needed, size of well, etc. A pump system estimate cannot be accurately given until the well drilling estimate is also completed.
Because our estimators also work in the field, it can take a few days (up to a week) to receive an accurate estimate. We do our best to make the turnaround time as short as possible. If you need a faster turnaround time, such as doing due diligence on a property purchase, please let us know that.
Yes. There are several advantages to you:
Our schedule varies depending on the season. Normally we are 4-5 months out on our schedule. However, this can vary greatly.
Generally not. We have a wide range of tools available to enable us to develop an estimate without coming to your property. Some wells that are more complex, or property that is more complicated, may require a site visit. If you feel more comfortable having the estimator meet with you on site, let us know that. We will schedule a time to meet up with you in person.
This section of the pump system estimate, located on the second page, is the portion of work that connects your pump to your house/building. It is done at a later date than the original installation of the pump. This is so any contractors working to build your home have access to water from the start of the project. Once the home is complete, the pump will be connected to your house via the utility offset. Utility offsets are only applicable to new pump system installations.
